"The NHT M-00's are my Hi-Fi reference, they allow
me to hear high frequencies with un-flattered clarity
and detail, even at very low level. With the sub-woofer
in circuit they become my 'computer speaker system'
and 'home theatre' reference, they revealed a surprising
change in the low-end that occurs when a 96k-24bit mix
is converted to MP3!!" |

"I love my NHT-M00's! They're a really great hifi-type
reference monitor and much more relevant to modern home
systems than most other speakers." ......... www.adrian-hall.com |

"On first listening, to the NHT M-00's, on a song
I had mixed, my initial thoughts were "Who had
re-mixed it?" I heard detail in the mix that I
hadn't heard before.... as you get accustomed to the
moos, you realise what a lovely warm sound they have
even in the mid range... I think it's great finally,
to have a set of nearfields that sound so musical, it
sure beats squawk boxes.... " |

| Nickname:
“Moo.” (“Mr. Moo,” to some). Tipping
the scales at roughly the same weight as a blue-ribbon Holstein,
and built beefier than a ’56 Buick Roadstar, our M-00
stands alone in any field. And that’s just the part you
can see. Under the hood you’ll find a real 75-watt amplifier
and audiophile grade mini monitor that combine to produce a
laughably versatile studio tool engineered to help you respond
to every single important sonic decision with a quick and easy,
“duh?” |

| A lot of professionals
genuinely love their subwoofer to bits. Or they hate it with
every ounce of venomous foam bubbling from their mouths. We
find this interesting because we know for a fact that a good
share of the latter use an NHT S-00. And know none of the former.
This does not surprise us. That it carries a girl name has apparently
not worked against the S-00 (aka “Sue”) or its 125
watts of poop. Works like butter with the M-00 mini monitors
(named, incidentally, after a cow). Footswitch jack allows sub
bypass/full range monitor signal with latching type switch on
the fly. |
